The reasons for picture issues on Fetch can differ for Free-to-Air channels (delivered through your aerial) compared to streamed content such as Fetch channels and catch up TV.

To troubleshoot your particular issue, select which Fetch content is experiencing no picture or poor picture:

• Free-to-Air channels only
• Streaming content only
• Both streaming and Free-To-Air channels
• No picture at all on any channel
