Fetch remote control troubleshooting

If your Fetch remote control isn't working, these troubleshooting steps may help.

Before you start, make sure that:

• You are using the remote within 6 metres of the Fetch box
• There is a clear line of sight between the remote and the front of the Fetch box
• There is nothing coming between the remote and the Fetch box, including clear plastic or glass items
• The remote has fresh batteries
