From the 15th of June, you will no longer be able to purchase McAfee Safe Family App. If you have already subscribed to this feature before this date, you can continue to use it as usual until July 31st.
The McAfee® Safe Family App is a cross platform app that allows parents to manage their kids' device usage on devices such smart phones, iPads and laptops.
The key features include:
- Content restrictions for apps and web browsing
- Pausing devices in real time
- Setting screen time rules
- Location tracking and alerts

Am I eligible?
The McAfee® Safe Family App is available as a free optional extra on an Optus Family Plan or an Optus Kids Plan.
Your McAfee Safe Family subscription will appear on your Optus bill as both a charge and credit for $8.99 each billing cycle.
One McAfee® Safe Family Subscription is available per account and can be used to create up to 32 child profiles.
If you cancel or change to an ineligible plan, your subscription will be cancelled.
