Once you’ve purchased and received your eligible Samsung Galaxy S26 Series phone, Optus will send your new Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ 128GB Grey to your service address. Deliveries may take up to 2-3 weeks after you’ve received your phone. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery.

If your mobile device or tablet is faulty or damaged, you can speak to us about organising repairs.

Warranty claims can be organised by

• Visting an Optus store
• Contacting us

You will need your Proof of Purchase document.

The expected turn-around time will be advised when submitting the repair order.

Note: Loan phones aren't provided. 

Devices will be sent back to your service address, unless alternative arrangements are made with you.
