What is Optus IDD?
Optus IDD empowers businesses to make international calls directly from their Optus mobile or fixed-line services. The service is enabled automatically and can be managed through various payment methods, including pay-as-you-go (PAYG) and included plans. This ensures flexibility and cost control for your enterprise.
IDD options for enterprises
Three payment methods for IDD:
- No IDD: Block it if you're an enterprise that doesn't require international calling.
- Pay-as-you-go: Ideal for businesses with variable international calling needs. Pay only for the calls you make.
- Included in your plan: Get IDD included in your existing plan at no extra cost in up to 32 countries.
Included and bolt-on plans:
- Included plan details: Commit to a higher plan and get calls and SMS included in up to 32 countries.
- IDD bolt-on: For more flexibility, add an IDD bolt-on to your existing lower-tier plan to gain international calling capabilities without the need to commit to a higher-tier plan.
