Support by Cloud Flow
Support by Cloud Flow is a package of support services that is available for small and medium business customers (suitable for teams of 1 – 50 employees) who wish to acquire additional ICT support services. Support by Cloud Flow is supplied by Cloud Flow Pty Limited (ABN 43 154 223 980 under the Cloud Flow Terms. It is not supplied under Standard Agreement. You will be charged in accordance with the pricing set out in your application form. Charges will be invoiced by Optus and billed to your Optus account (either to an existing account you have set up with us, or an account set up by us for this purpose). If you agree to take up Support by Cloud Flow, you agree to be bound by the SMB Terms for the purposes of invoicing, billing and payment. If you do not wish to be bound by the SMB Terms, you should not access or use Support by Cloud Flow.
