You'll need to keep your bills on track to continue enjoying your services and to avoid them being restricted, suspended or your account cancelled.

If your services have been restricted, you won't be able to make any calls, send SMS/MMS or use data on any mobile device(s) or home internet service(s) attached to your account. Any device charges will continue.

If your services are suspended, you won't be able to make or receive calls, send or receive SMS/MMS or use data on any mobile device(s) or home internet services(s) attached to your account. Any device charges will continue.

If your account is cancelled, your services will stop working, and you may also permanently lose your phone numbers. If you have remaining payments, these will be included in your final bill.

Your account could also be referred to a debt collection agency, which may charge you more in recovery costs. You may also be referred to a credit reporting agency, where a default could be listed against your credit file, which could affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Whilst your service is restricted you won't be able to make any outgoing calls, send SMS/MMS or use data on any mobile device(s) attached to your account. Any device charges will continue.

To remove the limitations from your account, you'll need to pay your bill.
