1. 1. Send a text with the word MENU to 9999
   2. You'll receive a text with options to choose from
   3. Look for the Service Overview option and reply with the corresponding number
   4. In the response you'll see any AutoRecharge offers, recharge discounts and Unlimited Data Weekends eligibility.
   5. Alternatively, when you are recharging or setting up / managing an AutoRecharge, you'll also see any discount offers or bonus AutoRecharge data displayed inline.
   6. You can also recharge a friend or family member via this service

Texting 9999 is fast, free and can be used even when you're out of credit or without internet access (coverage is still required).

If you're recharging your Prepaid service:

1. Open My Optus app
2. Select the Recharge option from the bottom menu
3. You'll find a list of recharge or AutoRecharge options relevant to your plan
4. Any relevant offers will be displayed alongside the plan options

If you're recharging a service for someone else:

1. Open My Optus app
2. Select the Account option from the bottom menu
3. Select Pay or Recharge other service
   
   

If you have any exclusive offers available, they may be displayed alongside the valid recharge options.

1. Dial 555 from your Optus prepaid device
2. Choose Option 3 (Recharge & Payment Options)
3. Discount offers will be announced when recharging

Alternatively, selecting Option 1 (Your Plan Overview) provides a concise summary of your plan. It not only indicates any pending recharge offers that you may have, but also gives an overview of your overall service settings.
