How will I know if I have received a credit?

You will see Ukraine Conflict Credit as a line item on their bill against the relevant charge

How will customers know about this offer?

Customers who have called or roamed within Ukraine at any point in the last 3 months who are on an eligible plan will receive a text message advising them of this offer. Customers on eligible mobile plans do not need to have received this message to receive the offer:

SMS: Hi, our thoughts are with Ukraine through this difficult time, and we know how important it is to stay connected with loved ones during this time. To help, we'll be waiving charges for standard international calls and SMS to Ukraine and roaming charges within Ukraine [using this service] from 28 February until 13 March 2022.
