Call Recall allows you to retrieve the last number that called your Mobile or Home Phone.

You'll also be able to find out the date and time the caller attempted to reach you.

To set up / switch off Call Recall:

• Dial 147 from your Postpaid Mobile, then follow the prompts
  
  

Note: If you've received a call from an unknown number, your Call Recall service won't be able to retrieve this number.

Call Recall is enabled by default on your Home Phone, unless you've asked us to disable it. Want it reactivated? Contact us. 

To use call recall on your Home Phone, simply dial *69.
