Finding your Fetch activation code

This article details finding your Fetch activation code and registering your Fetch box.

Fetch activation codes are sent to you by text and/or email at the time you ordered, or within the Fetch box. Note. Fetch activation codes can no longer be found in My Optus app.

If you're unable to retrieve it by any of these methods, please contact us.

Note.  If you picked up one or more Fetch boxes from an Optus store, you'll need to register each box to generate your activation code. Fetch boxes delivered by mail are pre-registered.
