Changes to your $55 Business Plus SIM only 24mth plan

We've contacted you to let you know about upcoming changes to your $55 Business Plus SIM Only 24M Plan.

Whilst we're always reviewing our plans to ensure that we're offering our customers great value, sometimes an offer is no longer financially viable for us to support.

After careful consideration, we've made the decision to remove several countries that were previously included in your 750 minutes' worth of standard international calls from Australia.

What new international calls are included in the new plan?

As at 24/5/21, The new $55 Business Plus SIM only 24M Plan still includes up to 750 minutes' worth of standard international which be used to call 140 destinations from within Australia. We believe this plan to be of considerable value. The new list of destinations includes:

As at 24/5/21, calls from Australia to countries listed below are no longer available and you'll be switched to the new $55 Business Plus SIM Only 24M Plan. These countries include:

From time to time Optus needs to assess the plans to ensure they're offering great value for our customers, as well as to ensure they're financially viable for us to support. In this case, we've had to adjust the countries that were previously included in your 750 minutes of standard international calls from Australia.

Yes, it's still a 24 month plan. Please refer The plan length, monthly fee and data entitlement will not change.
