Optus safety inductions cater to various roles, including construction & trades suppliers, contingent workers, statement of work suppliers etc with the purpose to equip them for their positions.
The primary goal of all inductions is to ensure that workers are thoroughly informed about the organization, understand their safety duties and responsibilities, and are aware of the potential risks and hazards associated with their roles.
Still unsure about whether you need to do an induction, or which specific induction is required?
