Flowers, gifts, breakfast in bed, or a homemade Mother’s Day card. Are you a bit tired of the same old gifts? How about “shaking” things up for Mother’s Day with the help of Jade Hatcher, The Healthy Mummy fitness trainer.

Jade has created seven High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that will make everyone’s heart pumping in no time.

The good news is that these are not your boring run-of-the-mill sessions. Each video is designed to entertain your kids and family members while packing the much-needed workout.

Let’s learn more about these exercises and make family workouts a thing.

Family Animal Exercises

Our love for bunnies goes beyond Easter celebrations. The animal exercises are designed to move your body through domestic and wild animal patterns. You will use your entire body and challenge your core. Get creative with moves like scorpions or apes. Which other animal movements can you think of?

HIIT Family Energy Burner

Did you think that chasing kids around the house has built your stamina? Think again. Challenge yourself as you try to shuffle faster, balance longer, and crab-walk quicker than your family members. The energy burner will take your daily workouts to a new level. Don’t forget to channel the competitive spirit to engage the entire family.

HIIT Family Fitness

The HIIT style workout will elevate your heart rate with short and intense workout bursts. With minimal rest between the sets, you will get the most out of the exercise. Take a deep breath in and get moving.

HIIT Family Total Body Blitz

Get ready to break a sweat with this session. Lure your kids with the promise of a giant stack of pancakes after the session. You will surely crave one after burning all the calories.

HIIT Family Fun

Boost your endorphins & feel energisedd with this family friendly HIIT workout led by Jade. Get a phenomenal workout through simple and effective movements. The cooling down and stretching exercises, in the end, will leave you relaxed and ensure that you are ready to take on your day.

Intense Family Energy Burner

After an intense discussion about what to gift your mum, what does one need? That's right, an extreme energy burner workout. Shake things up early morning or replace the evening takeout with this session with Jade. The kids will love you for this challenging, total body workout.

Invite your neighbours, second cousins, or all the mums from your group for this power-packed HIIT session with Jade. Follow her and the team for a total body workout in just 10 minutes. What better way to end this terrific week?

Try a new workout each day of this week and celebrate Mother’s Day with a twist. After all, a family that sweats together, stays together.
