Optus is once again a proud partner of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025 and 2026. The theme for this year’s parade is “Ecstatica” - an act of euphoric rebellion, a collision of glamour, grit, and raw joy that burns even brighter when we unite in the LGBTQIA+ community’s fight for equality and individuality.
Celebrating diversity
We’re committed to embracing and celebrating the diversity and individuality of our Amazing People. In 2021, we launched our Diversity Employee Networks, an employee-led initiative that brings people together with shared identities, along with their allies.
We’ve partnered with Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras since 2022, Sydney WorldPride 2023, and the Mardi Gras Film Festival between 2022 and 2024. Optus is proud to continue our partnership with the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras in 2025 and 2026, reinforcing its commitment to creating a future where everyone can embrace their individuality and express their authentic selves.
