I made a purchase from Optus Smart Spaces and have a query. What should I do? 

If you purchased smart devices or O-Team installation from Optus Smart Spaces, any valid warranty will still be honoured in the usual way and we're still here to help. Please call us between 9am and 5pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday on 1300 309 333.

When will I be able to shop smart devices on the Optus website?

We're currently in the process of moving our smart device range across to the Optus website, please bear with us. You'll soon be able to shop some of the best smart security, entertainment and energy efficiency devices on our Accessories page.

I would like to redeem the Hello Fresh offer, what should I do?
