    Hi there, thanks for choosing Optus to be your new service provider. If you’re porting your number from another service provider that is on the Optus network, i.e. Virgin, Amaysim, TPG etc. you can talk to our Chat Team.

    For everything else, you can activate online right now.

    Enter your mobile number or mobile broadband service number:
    Enter new SIM card number:

    This will send a code to your old SIM

    Enter the code you received:

    You will need:

    1. Your SIM card number
    2. Your 8 digit order number

      Hint: Your order number has been sent to
      you by email or SMS.

    3. Your new mobile or service number

    You will need:

    1. Your SIM card number

    Hint: If you have a Mobile Broadband device that is unable to receive SMS,
    please select "No"

    How do I find my SIM card number?

    You will need to complete this via My Account:

    1. Log into My Account and scroll down.
    2. Select "Settings" under your old service.
    3. Go to "Activate Replacement Sim".
    4. Click on "Activate" and follow the prompts.

    If you don’t have My Account, you can chat to our team to assist you further.
