So Vypex is an Australian technology company. We specialise in tracking what we call remote and unloved assets. So it's things like skip bins, freight containers, those kinds of things. Our customers have got thousands of assets that go out into the field, and they can be lost, they can be stolen, they can be damaged, or they can actually just sit at a customer's site for weeks and months and they just get forgotten.

In a lot of respects, they're very much like fuel. If supply is constrained, then we're not as efficient as we'd want to be.

That obviously, is a massive drain on their bottom line. So, what we're trying to achieve for them is to show them not just how many assets they have, but where are those assets, and how can they be used better within their own networks, to allow them to purchase less.

The real time tracking allows us to manage those so that they're always where we need them the most. They're proving to be the lifeblood of our network.

Optus has been a great partner for us, not only in Australia, but globally, because we're able to create such a great foundation. We knew we were going to have to build the technology from the ground up, and we needed a partner that we could work with that would invest in the vision that we had.

One thing that we want is for our customers to find the assets they're looking for. We need a solid network for that. Optus was critical early on in coming together and saying, we will believe in what you're doing.

We need to be able to manufacture and ramp up really quickly when those orders come through. Optus was very supportive of this, and they were able to provide us with the number of sims and connections in those very large orders coming through all at once. Traditional tracking projects have failed in big part because of the cost. If you're trying to track 10 bins, it's not a big deal if you're tracking 10,000 suddenly those costs become a big issue. They actually constructed pricing plans specifically for what we were trying to achieve, which was incredible for us.

If we hadn't have had that commitment early on, we wouldn't have been able to give guarantees to our customers, and the whole business case would have fallen apart.
