1Testing conducted by Apple in July 2025 using AirPods Pro 3 paired with iPhone 16 with prerelease AirPods firmware and iOS 26. Noise reduction was tested in accordance with IEC 60268-24. Comparison made against the best-selling wireless in-ear headphones commercially available at the time of testing. Performance depends on device settings, environment and many other factors.

Only customers with an existing eligible month-to-month plan are eligible to pay off accessories on a monthly repayment option. If you purchase an Accessory with other Optus services, such as a plan or other products and services, Optus’ Terms and Conditions will apply including our Device Payment terms below. 

Device Payment Plans (OptusPay):

You can buy an eligible device on a device payment plan and pay for it over a selected term by monthly instalments (also referred to as OptusPay). You will need to remain on an eligible Optus Plan for the term of your device payment plan. If you cancel your eligible plan or move to an ineligible plan, your related device payment plan will also be cancelled. If your device payment plan is cancelled, you’ll need to pay out any remaining device payments in full. Any applicable device credits or discounts will be forfeited. If you have a related Optus Kids Plan and the primary service is cancelled (by you or Optus) then all device payment plans related to the services will be cancelled and you will need to pay out the full remaining cost of all of the devices with any applicable device credits or discounts forfeited. This is subject to your consumer law rights. Limit of one device payment plan per eligible device and per Optus plan. You will be automatically charged via card once per month for device payments. You must maintain your card payment details or your device payment plan will be cancelled.

How much is shipping?

Express shipping is free for all products and services purchased on optus.com.au.

How long does delivery take?

  • Your delivery timings will be dependent on several factors, such as stock availability and delivery location. Our standard delivery timeframes are:
    • Metropolitan deliveries: Usually 1-5 days 
    • Regional deliveries: Usually 3-5 business days in most regional areas
  • Tracking updates are sent to the mobile number and email address provided during the order.
  • You need to show proof of ID and sign for your accessory when it’s delivered. An alternative signatory isn't available for the accessory or any items from the same order.

You'll receive a notification from Optus via SMS and email when the device has shipped.

How do I track my order?

We will send you delivery details and any updates by email and SMS. If you haven’t received anything from us, please message or call 133 937 so we can find out what’s happening with your order.

What types of payment does Optus accept?

For accessories sales, you must have a valid VISA or Mastercard to pay for the accessory.

You'll be emailed a tax invoice and order confirmation for your accessory purchase once payment is made.

If I’m an Optus customer, can I use my stored credit card for payment?

If you're an existing Optus customer, you need to make the accessory payment separately. Existing payment methods set up on your account can't be used. We will also provide the tax invoice and order confirmation to the email address you provide during the order, if this differs from your Optus account email.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your order will not be submitted if your payment fails. Please check you have enough funds on your card and try again.

How do I contact Optus about my order?

If you purchased an accessory with Optus after 3rd March 2025, our Optus support team will help you with any delivery issues. Call us on 133 937 or message us via My Optus app or My Account.

Prior to 3rd March 2025, our accessory orders were fulfilled by Likewise. If your accessory was purchased before 3 March, please refer to the Likewize team for all support enquiries by contacting optus.accessories@likewize.com or 1300 773 777.
