Optus today announced a new and powerful voice calling service that enables external phone calls using Microsoft Teams.

Available now, Optus Business is offering Australian enterprises an advanced cloud-based voice service called Microsoft Teams Calling with Optus, to help businesses stay connected.

Underpinned by Microsoft’s Direct Routing technology and Azure Cloud platform, Microsoft Teams Calling with Optus provides Australian businesses a complete collaboration experience that leverages Optus’ enterprise-grade Evolve Voice capability and Microsoft Teams’ comprehensive collaboration features.
