OPTUS EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP DELIVERS TOOLS FOR FINANCIAL SECTOR COMPLIANCE

Citycom Assure captures market communications.

End-to-end ICT provider Optus Business has inked an exclusive partnership with Citycom Solutions to deliver the Citycom ‘Assure’ platform, which provides financial organisations the tools to comply with financial regulations relating to the monitoring and capturing of market communications.

While investment and retail bank trading desks have long recorded communications on fixed telephony lines and email, Citycom Assure supports the near real-time integration and reporting of the five main forms of trade communication including Mobile, SMS, IM, Email and Fixed Line Voice.
