New partnership to provide end-to-end ICT service management.
Optus Business has today announced a comprehensive ICT managed services deal with Suncorp Group Limited (Suncorp) over seven years.
The whole-of-business agreement will see Optus Business manage Suncorp’s ICT services, including voice, contact centre, data networks, and international and transaction services.
Under the deal, Suncorp will transition its ICT services to Optus’ management over the next two years.
John Paitaridis, Managing Director Optus Business said, “We are delighted to secure this new managed services agreement with Suncorp and look forward to the contribution we can make to their business over the next seven years.”
