OPTUS SAYS 'YES' TO A HOME BROADBAND BUNDLE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Optus today launched two new broadband options for customers who want to bundle their home internet with a landline and generous entertainment inclusions on a single bill. Sue Bailey, Vice President of Fixed Products at Optus said, “Our customers tell us they want to combine an internet connection with great entertainment and a home phone. These bundles continue to give families more of what they want, on a network they know and trust. With these two new plans we’ve got bundles to suit a range of households.”

Great Value Entertainment Bundles

The Big Home Bundle is packed with value for families who want to surf more and enjoy movies at home by combining a home internet connection with a phone line, an Optus TV with Fetch connect pack, and a tablet, all for just $115 per month on a 24 month contract. The Big Home Bundle is available until 2 February 2015 and is delivered over Optus’ Cable (HFC), ADSL2+ (ULL) and NBN Fibre networks.* It includes:

• Unlimited data: Unlimited monthly broadband data with no connection, no delivery and no modem fees.
• Home Phone Line: Great call allowances with unlimited standard local, national and 13/1300 calls to landlines, with line rental included.
• Optus TV with Fetch: Record, pause and rewind up to 585 hours of standard definition (SD) digital free-to-air TV with a premium personal video recording (PVR) device, plus access to 30 free pre-selected movies each month and the option to rent over 3000 movies.
• Samsung Tab S 8.4”: The latest Samsung Tab S tablet, perfect for watching movies at home or on the go.**

Customers who want to make their tablet truly mobile can make the most of Optus’ data sharing plans by popping in a SIM and sharing the included data from their mobile phone plan. My Plan Plus SIM Only data sharing mobile plans start from $30 per month and a simple, one-off $5 set up fee per SIM. “We’re really excited to be able to give our customers the freedom to watch what they want, wherever they are in the home. With our multi-screen Big Home Bundle we’re making it even easier to stay connected at home or on the go,” Ms Bailey said. For the more budget conscious entertainment lover, Optus is introducing a great value broadband, home phone and entertainment bundle with 50GB of data for just $75 per month.

• Double data months: Free double data top ups of 50GB per month for those times when they need a little more data, up to twice each year.

Additional Entertainment Options

For customers who want even more entertainment, the Optus TV Entertainment Pack offers over 30 additional channels including family favourites like Disney, Disney Jnr, E! Entertainment, MTV, The National Geographic Channel and Nickelodeon for an additional $15 per month, when you have an Optus TV with Fetch service.
