Optus announced today an exciting partnership with MySpace.com, to offer Optus mobile customers exclusive access to the MySpace Mobile Service from 1 August 2007 on their handset and via the Optus Zoo portal.
Optus mobile customers will be the first in Australia to experience this new level of interactivity with exclusive access to MySpace Mobile for three months following the launch.
MySpace.com is a social networking service that allows members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with old and new friends. MySpace currently has 3.8 million profiles and, as of June 2007, is growing on average at a rate of 7900 new profiles a day.
