There are 3 major prize draws within the prize pool 1 period, see below for the draw and entry dates. In each draw there'll be 3 winners. To be eligible to win a prize in the monthly draw, you'll need to have an active Optus Flex Plus service up until the time the prizes are awarded. If your service is disconnected prior to that time, any prize that you win will be forfeited. Once the draw is conducted, undrawn entries do not roll over, and you'll need to complete an eligible recharge the following month to enter the next monthly draw.

Draw 1: 4 December 2026 (Entries from 3 November 2026 to 1 December 2026).  

Draw 2: 8 January 2027 (Entries from 2 December 2026 to 30 December 2026).

The number of instant win prizes available will progressively reduce as they are awarded throughout the first prize pool period beginning 3 November 2026 and ending on 28 January 2027. This means the number of instant win prizes on offer will vary and some may be exhausted at the time of your entry.

Every time you complete a qualifying transaction (by activating or recharging) on Optus Flex Plus with $40 or more in one transaction during the promotional period (3/11/26 – 26/04/27), you’ll be eligible to receive 2 instant prizes. New customers are eligible to receive prizes from their initial activation. Eligible plans include Optus Flex Plus on $40 or more (excluding Donate Your Data recipients).

You’ll automatically be sent an email or SMS after the eligible activation or recharge if you’re opted into receive marketing messages from Optus. It will confirm your 2 instant prizes chosen at random from the prize pool and entry into the monthly mega prize draw. The prize information will provide details on how to redeem.

However, you’ll receive your prize message after 10am (AEST/AEDT) the following day, as AutoRecharges are processed late in the evening.

There will be two prize pools on offer within the Win More promotion to allow us to bring in new prizes and avoid creative and prize fatigue. The first prize pool will be available from 3 November 2026 until 28 January 2027. With the second prize pool available from 29 January until 26 April 2027. To claim an instant prize within each prize pool, complete an eligible activation or recharge within the listed dates.

To be eligible for an entry into the draw you'll need to complete an eligible activation or recharge within the draw period. If you're opted into marketing, you'll receive your entry at the same time as you get your two prizes. If you're opted out of marketing, you'll need to SMS 'YES' to 7777 within 3 days of performing each eligible activation or recharge to enter in the draw. Note that undrawn entries do not roll over into the next monthly prize draw.

Yes, you can. If you've opted out of receiving marketing messages from Optus, you'll not receive the prizes automatically. To enter, send the word 'YES' to 7777 within 3 days of completing each eligible activation or recharge. You'll then receive an SMS and email with 2 randomly selected prizes from the prize pool and an entry into the prize draw.

If you have AutoRecharge set up, as your recharge is processed late in the evening you’ll receive the prize message the next morning. These messages are sent out from 10am to customers opted into receiving Optus marketing. If you’ve opted out of receiving marketing messages, you’ll need to SMS ‘YES’ to 7777 within 3 days of each AutoRecharge occurring to enter the draw. This means if your AutoRecharge is processed at 11.30pm on 8th of a month, you’ll have until 11th to opt in to enter.

If you haven't received the messages and you believe you're opted into receiving marketing messages, there are a couple of things you can troubleshoot.

1. For SMS try and turn your phone off and on or turn Airplane mode on and off. And email, check your junk or spam folder in your inbox for the message from Optus.
2. If you have AutoRecharge set up, the message will be delayed until 10am the day after the recharge is processed.
3. You may be opted out of receiving marketing messages from Optus, so you can try and send the word 'YES' to 7777 to trigger the prize messages. (This needs to be done within 3 days of completing each eligible activation or recharge).

Unfortunately, you can’t swap or change the prizes you’ve been sent. But each time you do an eligible activation or recharge you’ll randomly be allocated prizes from the pool.

If you win a prize in the monthly prize draw, we’ll contact you via SMS and/or email to confirm what you’ve won. Please note to be eligible to be awarded a prize in the monthly draw your Optus Flex Plus mobile service must be active at the time of the draw. To deliver your prize, we need to validate your details to arrange delivery. Once you receive an SMS and email from us, you will verify your details and provide the unique prize code you received in your winner confirmation. J&C will then be in touch to coordinate the handover of your prize.

Multiple members of a group may not use their free admission e-vouchers at the same time. For example, if you are attending a venue with others, you will be classed as a group. Individual venues reserve the right to limit the total number of free admission e-vouchers that may be redeemed at their venue on any given day. The free $44 Flex plus 28 day recharge prize consists of 1, 3, 6 or 12 x free $44 28-day Optus Flex Plus recharges as stated in the winner notification.  

The prize will be automatically provisioned to the eligible Optus Flex Plus service used to enter the Promotion and automatically apply on the customer’s next eligible recharge, provided that the service is active and eligible at that time. Where the prize includes more than one free recharge, any additional free recharges will automatically apply on each successive eligible recharge. Any unused free recharge expires at the end of that 28-day validity period and cannot be extended or replaced. Discount offers cannot roll over or be stacked with the prize within the eligible service.
