We take a holistic approach to our Product Stewardship responsibilities. We know that our responsibility does not start and end with manufacturing but at all stages through the life of the product.

1. Before
Our Sustainable Supply Chain
Our responsibility begins before many of our products reach us through our Sustainable Supply Chain program.
We’re committed to collaborating with transparent and ethical, socially and environmentally responsible suppliers.
2. During
We look closely at every step to reduce our impact on our environment.
Electronic waste (E-waste) is a growing problem in Australia with a growing rising number of old electronic devices, computers, telephones, printers and servers. E-waste contains a combination of valuable and reusable raw materials as well as materials that are toxic.
We currently recycle 98.5% of our e-waste which is well above our target of 90%.
3. After
Mobile Recycling
Even after our customers have finished with their phones, we provide a responsible method where they can safely recycle their old handsets and accessories.
We also encourage our customers to take small steps to being more environmentally-friendly at home.
