OPTUS SMB UNVEILS NEW LOOK OPTUS BUSINESS DIRECT CENTRE IN ST PETERS

Taking steps to further enhance the customer experience, Optus Small and Medium Business (SMB) unveiled today its newly designed Optus Business Direct centre in St Peters, Sydney.

The centre is designed to showcase SMB's full suite of tailored products and services and to allow business owners to get a hands on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

The impressive line up of products on show and available for demonstration includes; the latest in mobile handsets, Optus Wireless Broadband, a range of Microsoft and BlackBerry powered solutions, Alcatel IPL PBX systems and Mint Wireless payment devices to name a few.

David Katz, Optus SMB Sales Director, said "Optus was one of the first major telcos in Australia to identify the need to develop a dedicated Small and Medium Business division in April 2005 to address the communication needs of Australia's SMB market and this is still a key focus today.
