How to return your Fetch set top box to Optus

You must return your Mighty or Mini Fetch set top box if you cancel your Fetch subscription with Optus.

You'll also need to return your old Mighty or Mini set top box if you're upgrading or replacing a faulty box.

If you have a Gen 2 set top box, we don't need this back. Please dispose of your set top box thoughtfully.

In this article we'll explain how to return your Mighty or Mini Fetch set top box to us.

  1. Contact us and let us know you want to cancel your Fetch subscription / need a replacement set-top box
  2. We'll send you an Australia Post eParcel code via email / SMS
  3. Bring your eParcel code, set-top box and everything that came with it (accessories, cables, remote controls, etc)
  4. If you have the original packaging you can use it to return your device
  5. The Australia Post staff will package everything and print your return label. Labels can be printed at these Australia Post locations
