To purchase products online you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid credit card if purchasing as part of a device payment plan (there may be a credit check required)
• Have a valid VISA or Mastercard for outright purchases
• Have an Afterpay or PayPal account if purchasing a Prepaid mobile device
• Agree to the Optus Privacy Policy, Privacy Collection Statement and other applicable terms and conditions
  
  

Simply follow these steps to order:

1. Visit our online shop
   
   
2. Choose a device (and device payment plan, if applicable), SIM plan and add-ons
   • You can either buy a new device outright or pay it off interest-free over 12, 24, or 36 months on a device payment plan. Alternatively, you can choose to bring your own compatible device.
   • I'm an existing Optus customer: You can upgrade to a new SIM plan and device payment plan. Find out when you can change your current plan in your Critical Information Summary. You can also choose to buy another device outright during the order. For more information, see outright devices.
     
     
3. Select a SIM plan that suits your needs
   
   
4. Provide your details
   • If you're with another provider and want to transfer your service number to us, your number must be in your name and the details you supply to us need to match those on file with your existing service provider
     
     
5. Enter delivery info & submit
   
   
6. Track your delivery
   • Your order should be delivered within 3-5 business days
   • If there's a problem with your order Optus will try to contact you
   • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you can track its progress here
   • When your order arrives, it will contain details on how to set up your service
   • Please activate your service within 30 days
