Whether you're moving house or just wanting to update your billing address, we can help you get your Optus service(s) organised asap!

Relocation of Fixed Phone, Broadband, TV and mobile services

To relocate your Fixed Phone, Broadband, TV and Mobile service(s):

  • Complete this online and we’ll waive the $80 relocation fee, (other fees & charges may still apply)

Relocation of Mobile Phone and/ or Mobile Broadband service(s)

If you've moved premises and only have a mobile service (including Prepaid), please tell us your new details.


If you need to call emergency services (e.g. 000) we're required by law to make sure we're providing them with a fixed address to assist them with working out your location, so it's best to make sure these details are up to date.

My billing address has been updated, do I still need to update my service address?

Yes. Unfortunately your billing address information is not passed to emergency services (due to some people having PO Boxes as mailing addresses or a Prepaid service).

How can I update my service address?

  • You can do this online. Simply click here

There are no fees to update your mobile service and/ or billing address.

Update Billing/Email Address only

You can update your billing address online through My Account (in the Billing & Payments tab) or Member Services (in Account Management). If you only have a Postpaid Mobile Phone, you can also update your billing address by simply calling 1509 (free call).
