About nbnTM Cable

A standard nbnTM Cable connection connects your premises to the HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coaxial) network via an overhead cable. Often an nbnTM Cable connection can make use of a property’s existing cable broadband wiring and wall sockets.

Modem installation

Once the nbnTM technician has installed your nbnTM Connection Box, you can connect your Optus WiFi modem following the instructions in our Quick Start Guide.
