How to Switch Paper Bills On or Off

You can switch paper billing on or off online. Keep in mind that turning paper billing on will incur a $2.20 fee per bill.

Mobile services

  • In the My Optus app: Select Billing > Manage paperless billing > Follow the prompts
  • In My Account: Under Your Bills > Select View details > Navigate to Current bill settings > Select Edit delivery method > Follow the prompts

Fixed services

  • In My Account: Under Your Bills > Select View details > Navigate to Current bill settings > Select Edit delivery method > Follow the prompts
  • In Member Services: Select account > Manage online billing > Follow the prompts
