This article provides support information for Optus-supplied modems, plus a list of modems that have been approved by Optus for use on our network.
Using an Optus-supplied modem allows us to provide support for connecting and troubleshooting your equipment. It will also allow us to confirm that your service is working, which is required by law for nbn™ services.
If you decide not to use the modem we supply, the support we can provide may be limited. You can find the settings required to manually configure equipment to the Optus network in Home Broadband technical settings.
