How to Get Your Contract End Date
You can check your contract details using these options.
If your account number starts with a 62, follow the steps below to view your contract date, plan and Critical Information Summary (CIS) details:
- Go to My Account > Profile > Contracts > Follow the prompts
For all other account numbers, to get your contract end date:
- Go to My Account > Your Services > Plan Info > Follow the prompts

Your plan and contract details
Your plan's charges, rates and inclusions are contained within the CIS under your plan name, as shown in My Account. You can also go to our Critical Information Summary site to view available CIS documents across all services.
