Complete your transfer of ownership online or if your request is due to a deceased estate, see Bereavement Care Support

Change of ownership can be completed online for all services except:

  • Mobile Broadband
  • Fetch on its own
  • Postpaid Mobile services with the Number Share feature enabled on a connected wearable device

If you need to transfer ownership of one of these services, or you can’t use the online form, chat with us or visit us in-store.
