Update your personal details
You can update your contact details via:
- My Optus app > More > Profile > Contact > Follow the prompts
- My Account > View Profile > Follow the prompts
If you need to correct an error in your account name or date of birth you will need to contact us
Change of name
Have you officially changed your name due to marriage, divorce, deed-poll etc.? Fill out the Change of Account Name form [PDF] and return it to us.
