  1. Get more internet access
    You may like to buy an additional Data Block for continued internet access till your next billing period. You can purchase Data Blocks within My Account on the Options & Extras tab. Learn more about buying Data Blocks.
  2. Access unmetered websites
    You can still use unmetered websites without having to buy additional Data Blocks.
  3. Usage Alerts
    We send you alerts when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance so you know when you’re about to run out of data. If you’ve turned off usage alerts, you may like to turn them back on, in the settings tab.

Need to upgrade your plan?

You may be able to avoid this situation in the future by upgrading your plan.

You can do this by contacting Optus Customer Service on 133 697 (8am - 7pm, Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm, Saturday).

Please note that plan changes take effect at the beginning of your next usage period.
