    Our 'yes' Tickets give you access to giveaways and discounts on movies, concerts, sporting events and more, plus VIP passes and pre-release ticket sales. We're always working on adding more rewards for our customers - we'll be announcing new ones very soon.

    Smart Safe App

    Our mobiles carry our files, our photos, our music - practically our whole lives. These things bring us closer, and we'd never want to lose them. Optus Smart Safe lets you automatically store them in the cloud, so they're safe and easy to access no matter where you are.


    Prepaid IOU

    We wouldn't want you to be caught without Prepaid credit in an emergency, or to run out while you're on the go. Next time you get stuck, text "IOU" to 468 and we'll give you a $3 credit to hold you over. You can pay us back next time you get a chance to recharge.

    Things don't always go to plan, so we're here to help whenever you need us. We offer technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can even chat with us live on most smartphones. And with My Optus app, you'll always be in control of your account.
