Optus 4G Network
The Optus 4G Network is available in selected areas. Check your coverage at www.optus.com.au/4Gcoverage. To access the Optus 4G network you need a compatible device and plan. Outside 4G coverage areas compatible devices will switch to the Optus 3G network.
To change an expired password: 1)Enter your username. 2) Click on the 'forgot password' link. 3) Answer your security questions 4) Enter and save a new password. **To unlock a locked account: A locked account will automatically unlock after 10 mins. A password change is not required.
HOW TO: Order a New Blackberry OS10 Activation
Blackberry Handsets running OS10, such as the new Z10, no longer use a special Blackberry plan for data access. If you are ordering a service for this type of handset, you should order as you would for any other smartphone, e.g. a 2GB plan.

HOW TO: Purchase Accessories not attached to a handset
You can order any Accessory by choosing the 'Purchase Accessories' order scenario from the main menu and then selecting 'All' from the 'List accessories for handset' menu. You can quick-find the accessory product code in the resulting list, through the 'Ctrl' plus 'F' search command.
