Bundle Savings Calculator is a tool provided by Optus Administration Pty Ltd, ABN 79 055 136 804 ("Optus") and Shark Finesse Limited (Shark Finesse Ltd. Grove House, Lutyens Close, Chineham Court, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8AG, UK) ("Shark Finesse") ("us", "we" and "our") to be used by you only in order to produce indicative financial impact calculations as part of your assessment of the business value potential of Optus Service Bundles. It must not be used by you for any other purpose.

USE OF THE SERVICE

Bundle Savings Calculator is provided to you for information purposes only and any results or other information produced by or contained within it do not constitute (and should not be taken by you as) investment or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site and the Bundle Savings Calculator is at your own risk and you are responsible for any decisions you take based on the results produced by it.

We also need to make you aware of how personal information you provide using the Bundle Savings Calculator might be collected used or disclosed. The Bundle Savings Calculator will ask you some questions which you can answer by filling out the relevant information field. Once you have filled out the relevant fields in the Bundle Savings Calculator, you can choose to create a report based on that information. If you do not request a report, we will not store any information you provide through the Bundle Savings Calculator and that information will be automatically deleted when you exit the Bundle Savings Calculator. If you do request a report, the report (which may include personal information) will be emailed to you and Optus, via Shark Finesse's servers in the United Kingdom. A record of this email, including your email address, may also be stored on Shark Finesse's servers in the United Kingdom. Optus may use the report (including your personal information) to contact you to discuss how the Optus Service Bundles could help you. Optus may also disclose the information contained in the report (including personal information) to its Related Bodies Corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) in the usual course of its business.

If you do not provide the information requested by the Bundle Savings Calculator (including any requested personal information), Optus may not be able contact you to discuss the Optus Service Bundles or work out how the Optus Service Bundles could help your business.
