Register for My Account in 3 easy steps

Things to know:

  1. You'll need your account number to register. This is the 14-digit number at the top of your bill
  2. Are you an Optus internet customer? Save time by using your Optus internet username
  3. Registering for My Account will automatically deactivate paper billing. Learn how to turn paper billing on or off here

Step 1 - enter an Optus service to start

This can be an area code + number, a mobile number or an internet username.
Your internet username was provided to you when you signed up. If you've forgotten your username, call Customer Care on 133 937.
