Smartcards require activation from Optus before you can make application for commercial channels. Viewers in WA will receive WIN & GWN if they are resident in licensed viewing areas. Viewers in all other states may be eligible to receive Imparja (1300 301683) & Seven Central (1800 501063) but must contact these providers on the listed numbers to gain approval. We will endeavour to enable your smartcard within 1 business day of receipt, subject to workload.
