Optus TV with Fetch set top box: Optus owns the set top box, and you must return it following cancellation of the service. Fees apply for late return or damage to the set top box. You may only use the recording functionality of the service for viewing programmes at your nominated home address at a more convenient time.

Subscriptions to TV packs and channel packs are for a minimum of one calendar month and will be renewed on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. You will be charged a monthly access fee for as long as your subscription is in place.
Optus TV with Fetch eligibility & equipment: Optus TV with Fetch requires a Optus postpaid mobile or fixed broadband account, an active fixed broadband internet connection with a download speed of at least 3Mbps.
Fetch TV is not Wi-Fi compatible, so unless your Fetch TV set top box is directly connected to the modem via the Ethernet cable (a 2.5m Ethernet cable is supplied during installation, and comes with your Fetch TV set top box), then you’ll need a Powerline adapter. Powerline adapters are $40 and can be purchased at the same time you buy Fetch TV.
You will also need access to free to air digital television services and an external digital antenna is recommended for optimal performance.
If you’ve purchased an Optus bundle, delivery of the fetch TV box can take up to 10 business days from the date the internet is activated. Or if you’ve purchased Fetch TV standalone, delivery of your Fetch TV box usually happens within 10 business days.
Data usage: If you connect your Optus TV with Fetch set-top box to an Optus fixed broadband service, data usage generated by purchase and/or download of content will be zero-rated.
Data usage generated by downloads and uploads associated with meta-data, User Interface components, images and graphics, movie trailers, YouTube on TV, Catch Up TV, Applications, EPG information, software updates, or the downloading of content via Free-To-Air catch up services will not be zero-rated. This may result in your broadband service being throttled if you are very close to your data limit.
If you connect your Optus TV with Fetch set top box to any other broadband service apart from an Optus fixed broadband service, all data usage will be rated and you may incur data usage charges depending on your broadband service provider and plan.
Serviceability: Available in selected areas. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee connection until we successfully install your service.
Buying TV and Movie content provides you with a non-transferable right to use the content, provided you maintain your Optus TV with Fetch service. If you cancel your Optus TV with Fetch service you will lose any purchased content.
