Which plan is right for me?

How do I change to these plans?

  • If you have an existing Mobile Broadband account, call us on 133 937 to request a change. You may also need to change your Mobile Broadband APN once your new plan begins.
  • If you're looking to sign up for a new Mobile Broadband account and service, you can purchase online or in-store
  • As a heads up, if you're looking to move from one of our older plans to the latest My Plan Plus (March 2016), you'll have to recontract

Can I change back to my previous plan?

You can only change to plans that are currently available. If your old plan is no longer offered, then you will not be able to return to that plan.


Can I change if I am in contract?

Yes. However changing between plans may require recontracting of your service and may incur a change of rate plan fee. Don't worry though, we'll let you know before you commit to any change.
