How to add, change or remove a Credit Card in My Account

To make manual or scheduled payments easier you can add, change or remove your credit card details in My Account.  

If your account number starts with 62 and is 11 digits long you will need to:

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Click Bills

  3. Click Pay your Bill

  4. Follow the prompts

For all other account numbers, you will need to:

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Click Billing & Payments 

  3. Under Useful Links, click Setup Direct Debit

  4. Go to Stored Credit or Debit Cards 

  5. Follow the prompts

The details will now be saved within My Account for the next time you want to make a payment.

Important! Adding / storing a credit card in My Account for manual / scheduled payments is not Direct Debit and will attract a 0.385% credit card payment fee. To avoid this fee, set up your credit card on Direct Debit. It's the fee free way to pay.​
