How to Store, Edit or Remove a Credit Card in My Account

You can store your credit card to make manual or scheduled payments easier in My Account. You can simply use a desktop PC, laptop, tablet or a smart phone to log in to your My Account profile.

Important: Storing a credit card in My Account for easier manual / scheduled payments is not direct debit and will attract a 0.385% credit card payment fee. To avoid this fee, setup your credit card on direct debit. It's the fee free way to pay.


Add a credit card in My Account

To store your credit card, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in your My Account profile with your username & password

  2. Select the 'Billing & Payments' option

  3. Click on 'Setup direct debit' under Useful Links

  4. Scroll to 'Stored Credit or Debit Cards' and click 'Add New Card'

  5. Enter your card details as appropriate

  6. Click 'validate' and choose a card nickname (if applicable)

  7. Click 'Save'

The card will now be saved within My Account for the next time you want to make a payment.


Remove a stored credit card in My Account

To remove your credit card, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in your My Account profile with your username & password

  2. Select the 'Billing & Payments' option

  3. Click on Setup direct debit under Useful Links

  4. Scroll to 'Stored Credit or Debit Cards'

  5. Click Delete next to card you wish to remove

  6. Click 'Confirm Delete'
     


Edit a stored credit card in My Account

To remove your credit card, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in your My Account profile with your username & password

  2. Select the 'Billing & Payments' option

  3. Click on Setup direct debit under Useful Links

  4. Scroll to 'Stored Credit or Debit cards'

  5. Click 'Update' next to the card you wish to update

  6. Update required details and then click 'Save'
