Via My Account / Online / 'My Optus' app
It can take up to 2 business days.
For payments made Monday to Thursday it takes 24-48 hours to appear on your account. For payments made Friday to Sunday it can take up to 2 business days. Biller codes and reference numbers are available in this article.
Payments made before 6pm will appear on your account by the end of the same day. Payments after 6pm will appear by the end of the next day.
Via Direct debit
Payments will appear on your account on the next business day.
Payments can take up to 7 working days to be processed. Payments will appear on your account on the same business day as processed on the bank statement. (normal processing time is around 6pm the same day).
At Australia Post or Optus 'yes' Shops
Payments will appear on your account the next day (normal processing time is around 4am the day after payment is made, including Saturdays)
