Yes TV by Fetch: Finding Your Activation Code
Your Yes TV by Fetch activation code has been sent to you either by e-mail or SMS. If you can't find it, please follow the steps below.
Log in to your Yes TV by Fetch account
From the left hand side menu, click My Optus TV Account
Within the Summary tab, under My Plan your activation code will show in a grey box. It's a series of numbers/letters
Do I use my Mobile or Broadband login?
If your Yes TV by Fetch service is billed or bundled with your Broadband Service:
- Use your Broadband login for Member Services (i.e. your primary OptusNet username)
If your Yes TV by Fetch service is billed or bundled with your Mobile Service:
- Use your Mobile Phone number and password
Your activation code may include upper/lower case letters and numbers. Ensure you enter your code exactly as shown.
Use the directional arrows and the 'paw' button on your remote control to enter the code via the on-screen keyboard. Activation codes are case sensitive.
You can change the on-screen keyboard to upper case and back by pressing the 'Text' button on your remote control.
