Is it secure?
Yes. The 'My Optus' app uses best practice encryption methods when transmitting sensitive information. Any sensitive data is stored locally on your device, which is just 1 more good reason to ensure that you secure your device with a strong password/ PIN.
To check your usage/balance, tap on 'Usage' tab. You'll see a donut chart showing the days elasped in the current cycle (the lighter outside circle) against the usage for the month (the darker inner circle) as below:

To obtain an international travel pack, tap on the Menu icon, 'International Roaming' and then "Check Optus Travel Pack"
To take advantage of Optus rewards like discount movie tickets, tap on the 'Perks' tab
To manage and control your data usage, tap on the 'Usage' tab, then tap on the 'Data Insights' button to view how and when your data was used
To get full control of your privacy and security, tap on the Menu icon, 'Settings' then select 'Use PIN lock' to set up a PIN
My device is not compatible with the app. What are my options?
At this stage, if your phone's running on other mobile operating systems that are not supported (i.e. Windows Phone OS), we've still got an option or 2 for you!
