If you're not home when delivery takes place our courier will either leave the package in a safe place at your nominated address, leave a card for collection from the post office, or a card for you to rearrange the delivery at a later date.

If you miss the delivery of your new Optus equipment then an Australia Post courier will leave a calling card, which will direct you to your nearest Post Office to collect your delivery upon presenting Photo ID. No deliveries will be re-attempted
Accepted forms of ID are:
- Australian Driver's License
- Australian Passport
- Overseas Passport (in English)
The Australia Post missed delivery card will usually be found in your letterbox, by the front door or under your doormat.
Delivery time frames:
- Metropolitan deliveries - 1 day
- Regional deliveries - 3 days

Deliveries via TOLL
The Toll courier will either leave your delivery in a safe place at your nominated address or leave an Attempted Delivery card. This will usually be found in your letterbox, by the front door or under your doormat. The courier will make 2 further attempts to deliver your equipment.
Delivery time frames for Toll are:
- Metropolitan deliveries - 1 Day
- Regional deliveries - 3 Days
