When will I receive my Yes TV by Fetch delivery?

If you've purchased a Fixed service on our resale network or Mobile Phone service, you'll receive your Yes TV by Fetch set top box within 10 business days of activating the service.

For all other products, including purchases of a Yes TV by Fetch set top box on its own, your delivery will arrive within 10 business days of your purchase date.


How will I know my Yes TV by Fetch has been dispatched/delivered?

You'll receive an email/SMS when it's on its way from our warehouse to your nominated postal address.

If you're not home when delivery takes place our courier will either leave the package in a safe place at your nominated address, or leave a card for you to collect the package from your local Post Office.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes, your Yes TV by Fetch delivery can be tracked via the StarTrack Website using your Yes TV by Fetch order number. Online tracking is visible 24 hours after your Yes TV by Fetch has been dispatched from Optus.


What if I miss my delivery?

If you're not home when delivery takes place our courier will either leave the package in a safe place at your nominated address, or leave a card for you to collect the package from your local Post Office.


Is there a fee for delivery?

A delivery fee of $15.50 will be charged for the Powerline Adaptor in case this is ordered after the initial Fetch TV order, unless you've purchased Yes TV by Fetch online, in which case the fee will be waived.
